Our Mission
Providing meaningful employment for adults with disabilities.
Industrial Aid is an extended employment sheltered workshop employing individuals with disabilities to perform subcontract packaging and assembly in a supportive, light-industrial environment. Our employees benefit from over 30 years of experience in providing individualized training to develop and enhance essential work skills.
At Industrial Aid we focus on each person's ability, rather than their disability. We provide a variety of opportunities for individuals of all ability levels, from hand assemblies to high speed packaging lines. We hire through referrals from many different sources and require proof of disability and date of onset before employment. Employees are paid based on their performance and our experienced staff encourages each person to improve their skills through daily training.
We support our employees based on the "whole person" concept by not only assisting them daily in their employment, but also by working with community based agencies to provide referrals and support for their lives outside of work.
